Technical Expert Labeling - (IT, Bartender, Pharma, GxP)

We are currently looking for a Technical Expert Labelingin Ljubljana to join our team on our client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure the business requirements and objectives are enabled by global IT standard for Labeling
• Drive the appropriate execution of the technology services ensuring global process, system and data governance are sustained with a high level of standardization and effective system use
• Support MES and ERP projects as a technical specialist in the Labeling area
• Highlight and identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders to ensure that future Labeling solution fit for purpose and create a plan how to deliver
• Develop a comprehensive requirements specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
• Be part of the project team to deliver required solution in line with global IT guidelines and compliance
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications and testing amp; validation
• Effectively collaborates with cross-functional groups and stakeholders for successful implementation from technical side
• Ensure that support team has all required documentation, required SOPs are in place and users are trained
• Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including Quality Management and IT Security)
• Keep abreast with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and with regulatory environments / requirements if applicable

Requirements

• At least 5 years previous experience in the Labeling area on consulting and technical roles
• At least 3 years experience of GISC (Codesoft and Sentinel) and Bartender Labelling Solution platforms
• At least 3 years of previous experience within the Pharmaceutical environment is desired, specifically experience with personalized medicines processes is a plus
• Familiarity with Pharmaceutical regulations such as GxP environment and documentation
• Attention to detail
• Able to communicate well across all levels of the organization
• Stakeholder Management skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
