Customer Services Operations Specialist

Job Description
We are a leading technology solutions provider and system integrator, offering end-to-end solutions for banking, retail, telecommunications and the public sector. We are seeking a driven, proactive and responsible Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations in Customer Services department in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
The Operation Specialist`s main tasks will include:
- Work orders clearance in the local system (categorisation of work orders, consumption of spare parts, etc.).
- Preparation of reports and analytics for the needs of the local business and the group.
- Preparation of data as a basis for further invoicing to customers.
- Preparation of the reports for the clients in accordance with contractual arrangements.
- Administration and operational support to the department leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Bookkeeping, Economy or similar field.
- Minimum one year of related experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office - advanced in Excel (pivots).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stressful situations.
- Fluent communication in English and Slovenian language.
- Systematic, accurate and responsible.
- Experience with SQL and SAP will be considered an advantage.
