Who are we?
Povio is an international company from San Francisco, founded by former snowboarding champion Matev Petek, recommended by the founder of Reddit Alexis Ohanian, and tested by Serena Williams. Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
- Working collaboratively with the Senior Project Manager and teammates to execute different tasks like developing plans, managing expectations, communicating effectively to all involved and delivering results on time.
- Interacting with software development cross-functional teams.
- Attending Scrum Ceremonies and other key meetings with the Senior Project Manager.
- Assisting in resource management as needed for projects and cross-team initiatives.
- Coordinating activities within various projects for multiple clients and teams.
- Performing administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, taking and sharing meeting notes, creating agendas, maintaining various tracking spreadsheets, keep project management tools up to date, run reports, and other tasks as assigned.
- Additional other duties and responsibilities, as per Company's needs.
Requirements
You should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced knowledge of English.
- Proactive mindset, and resourcefulness with the ability to thrive in a creative and deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in an agile environment where change is constant, and the speed is very fast.
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to give and receive feedback and constant desire to improve.

Nice to have:
- Project management experience in an Agile environment, ideally related to software development.
- Competency with software tools, and ability to spin up quickly on new tools (Google tools, Trello, JIRA, Slack, other online tools)
