Who are we?
Povio is an international company from San Francisco, founded by former snowboarding champion Matev Petek, recommended by the founder of Reddit Alexis Ohanian, and tested by Serena Williams. We are working with startups from Silicon Valley and multinational enterprises to design and develop both mobile amp; web projects - more than 1000 of them already! As part of the Povio team, you will have the opportunity to peek inside the world's best young startups and work among world-class talent.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and driving qualified traffic to our front door.
- Creating and successfully driving innovative and effective marketing programs, including integrated digital marketing campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and growth.
- Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Working closely with the growth team, designers, and vertical managers to develop content that reflects our brand voice.
- Collecting valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Proofreading and editing written pieces before publication.
- Simultaneously managing multiple projects with short deadlines.
Requirements
You should have:
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in marketing (student work also applies).
- BSc in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to give and receive feedback and constant desire to improve.
- Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas.
- Commitment to quality.
