As Campaign Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing media activities, collaborating closely with our media agency, and developing and executing effective paid marketing strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate with our PR agency and internal teams to synchronize and optimize PR activities.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing media activities to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate and work closely with our media agency to develop and implement effective paid marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing, Brand amp; Creative teams to ensure a deep understanding of our products/services and align messaging across creatives with marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain media plans, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate weekly PR syncs to ensure alignment between marketing and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external PR agencies to execute PR activities effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media and PR to continuously optimize campaigns and strategies.

On day one you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience min 5 years in campaign management, paid media, or related roles.
  • Having a background in a media agency and experiencing client-side is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Appstore Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with media and PR agencies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
