As a Product Operations Manager, you will be a key player in steering the asset listing procedures and new product approval process. This role demands a minimum of 4+ years of experience in adjacent roles such as Project Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, with a track record of making significant contributions to multiple shipped features, products, or projects.
Key day to day responsibilities
- End-to-end asset listing process: Manage end-to-end asset listing process, from planning to execution, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed about the progress.
- New product approval process: Guide product owners through the defined new product approval process, ensuring a smooth journey from ideation to launch.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear and effective flow of information, promoting synergy among teams.
- Documentation management: Keep relevant product documentation up to date, maintaining a documentation management system for easy reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product, project management or related roles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid organizatoinal skills, including attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes.
- Understanding of product and software development processes.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
