As Markets / Pricing / Liquidity Manger, you will join the Business Operations and Strategy Team to lead Liquidity and Pricing at Bitstamp. We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinker, who is fun to work with and will fit into our great team! You will be responsible for sourcing, prioritizing, and implementing key decisions relating to liquidity and pricing across the exchange ensuring pricing is aligned to Bitstamp’s key growth objectives.

What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of liquidity and pricing programs for Bitstamp’s Executive Management Team.
- Build business cases which inform and influence key stakeholders on pricing and liquidity strategy.
- Oversee the quantitative models built to predict business impact, define targets, and monitor progress of pricing initiatives.
- Collaborate across business functions to deliver end-to-end implementation of initiatives working closely with Technology, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Partner with the Global Business Development teams and Marketing to inform and engage clients.
On day one you'll bring
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as either a liquidity / pricing manager, or from a financial services firm or a relevant startup.
- Understanding and knowledge of different pricing structures for financial services products.
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency market and market structures.
- Leadership skills, experience of leading small teams and demonstrated track record in driving individuals’ growth.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end implementation of cross-functional projects.
- Proactive behavior a driving mindset allowing you to succeed executing in a group or independently.
- Quantitative skills and the ability to work with data teams to oversee statistical models which support business decisions.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset able to confidently pitch initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.
