We are seeking for a Customer Services Technician for our operations in Slovenia. You will be responsible for diagnostics and in-house repair of damaged or malfunctioning mechanical and electronical part, either by working alone or as a part of a team, under limited supervision, acting as a backup of responsible person for warehouse, following Customer Services plan and build trusted relationships with internal team and external partners to facilitate a mutually beneficial business relationship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and in-house repair of mechanical and electronical parts, moving parts, replacing components, repaired equipment testing.
- Preparation of equipment prior to sending to the installation site.
- Back up for the Warehouse Administrator during the absence.
- Ordering spare parts and repair materials from vendors.
- Defining and maintaining the minimum stock quantity of spare parts.
- Keeping detailed historical data on repaired items.
- Duly recorded handover and takeover of goods, material and spare parts to the warehouse.
- Processing repair transactions through SAP.
Requirements
- Expected minimum high school diploma in a technical area.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Some experience in repairing mechanical (and electronical) parts.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English language.
- Sufficient communication skills, team player.
- Ability to read technical/technology documentation, passion for techniques, quick learner, resourceful.
- Driving licence B-cat.
- Experience with SAP will be considered an asset.
